Aluminum audio tape reel, socket, partially-sanded light bulb. The bulb is sanded on one side to reduce glare. The tape reel base can be used to wrap up the electrical cord, and the holes can be used to mount the lamp on a wall. The word "lampadina" means bulb in Italian.
